Refund & Exchange
  • All sales are non-refundable unless item is faulty or defective.
  • If item received is incorrect / broken upon delivery, please email to locketsofhearts@gmail.com with the following information and we will reply to you within 1-2 working days
    • Order ID
    • Product Name
    • Photograph of the defect
  • One time replacement of damaged charms is only available for local buyers within 7 days after purchase.
  • A refund is possible only in the event that there is no replacement for the faulty / defective product, and is subjected to the discretion of Lockets of Hearts.
Nature of product
  • While stringent checks have been made on the figurines, we will not be liable for any ambiguity in the product consistency by the manufacturer.
  • Products may have different attributes from the pictorial representation. E.g. minor spots or markings on the figurines which is part or due to the manufacturing process.
  • Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
